This key member of leadership leads and expands AIP's efforts toward achieving the vision of AIP as a recognized leader in the physical sciences enterprise in promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility (DEIBA). Reporting to a member of the executive team, the DEBO provides leadership, strategic direction, and management of AIP's DEIBA initiatives for AIP and the AIP federation and more broadly for the physical sciences.
