Are you a tech savvy HR professional with strong recruiting skills? We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life cycle recruitment for AIP and Member Societies. We offer a comprehensive benefits plan and remote flexibility four days a week. As a prospective and/or new employee, you will be required to comply with the company’s vaccination and masking protocol.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead recruitment, new hire orientation, and onboarding. You will utilize creative sourcing techniques and locate candidates through colleges, technical schools, job fairs, trade and professional associations, employment agencies, social media such as LinkedIn, Indeed, etc. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with the Director of HRIS, Benefits and Compensation to establish starting salaries, and with the Director of Talent and DEI to optimize the recruiting function. This position also provides support for AIP engagement and training initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Chief Talent & Culture Officer.
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of three years of relevant experience with full life cycle recruiting (preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, onboarding). This position requires experience with direct recruiting for administrative, professional, and management positions, experience with HRIS systems such as ApplicantStack, ADP, Kronos, and/or Microsoft Teams 360, and a strong commitment to DEIBA in all aspects of the employee life cycle.
