Description
The American Institute of Physics is seeking a part-time, temporary Survey Assistant to join its Statistical Research Center.
The successful candidate will provide clerical support to the department in conducting survey projects. Flexible workday hours up to 30 hours per week. Position available immediately through the end of Spring 2022. Remote work is an option.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting phone calls to collect and verify data
- Perform logic and value checks on questionnaire responses
- Verify and research information via the internet
- Maintain response and contact logs
- Data entry
- Code questionnaire items
Qualifications:
- Some college education preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented.
