The Job in a Nutshell

The Creative Services Manager will manage the creation of all of AIP’s visual marketing content. From brochures, to online ads, to social media, you’ll make sure that all of the visual aspects of AIP’s web content and marketing materials are compelling, appealing, and consistent with AIP’s branding and messaging strategy. You’ll manage a team of talented designers, and make sure the team’s output is on-time, accurate, and high quality.

• Use emerging digital technologies to design online and social media space
• Participate from a creative design perspective about an AIP brand refresh
• Mentor and coach your design team to reach new heights
• Manage creative output from conception to production
• Create a roadmap for digital strategies
• Ensure that the team meets its schedule for deliverables
• Lead brainstorming sessions with the creative team and other teams in AIP
• Analyze projects to ensure brand consistency
• And a whole lot more!

 

   Is This You?

You’ve managed a team of creative and diverse designers, and you can still roll up your sleeves and do the design work yourself. You know how to interpret design for online spaces and social media, and you’re up-to-date on the latest digital technologies. You are very comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud, Drupal, HTML/CSS, and digital prototyping tools (we use UXPin). You love mentoring and being mentored. If you’re passionate about the sciences and working in the membership association world, we would be delighted for you to apply! (we just may be your dream job!)
